Harvested at optimum ripeness, striving for balance between structure and fruit quality.

Cellar Treatment

Produced with a selected yeast strain in Roto-tanks. After completing malolactic fermentation, the young wine was aged for 18 months in 3rd & 4th fill French barrels.
