Tasting notes
This fun, fresh wine boasts a soft salmon pink hue with a rich yeastiness, hints of red apple, and a crisp finish. Each sip reveals elegant maturity and a fine, alluring mousse.

Climate/conditions
Mediterranean climate with winter rainfall situated between the cooler, wetter Boland and the harsher, drier Karoo. Cool nights enhance the veraison with warmer days for good phenolic ripeness and concentrated flavours.
Winemaking
Crushed, settled, and racked. Inoculated with selected yeast and cold fermented at 12 โ 13ยฐC. The Chardonnay component was fermented with 1.5 g Hungarian oak bullets. Racked and kept on fine lees for 8 months. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir only blended right before
bottling.
